We enjoyed the old school elegance, charming and helpful staff, plentiful breakfast, tranquil bay view, large and comfortable room, lovely bathroom products.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to the beach and within easy reach of Palermo city center. Guests can enjoy the marina views and take relaxing walks in the gardens. The rooms are elegant and spacious, with comfortable amenities. The staff provides attentive and gracious service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of delicious options, including a canolo bar. Additionally, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus for easy transportation in the area.

There was an issue with the plumbing, resulting in a lack of hot water one morning.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the beautiful views of the sea and the luxurious atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's free shuttle service to the city center was a convenient perk, great to explore without worrying about transportation.

We were disappointed with the outdated and worn aspects of the hotel. The room fittings showed signs of age and some were in need of repair.

Couldn't fault anything.

This hotel surpassed all my luxurious expectations. I felt pampered with the exclusive amenities and high-end service. the spa and wellness center were a real treat, especially the massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were picturesque. Dining at the restaurant and having in-room breakfast made me feel like royalty. the location advantages offered by this hotel are unbeatable.

I must mention that the limited access to WIFI was a minor inconvenience. Despite this, the hotel staff went above and beyond by offering poolside snack bar and fulfilling my special diet menus.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the outskirts of the city. The location on the sea, in this amazing historic hotel that once hosted European royals, was excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities, including the pool and gardens, were wonderful. Transportation to downtown was made easy with the regular shuttle service. the staff were really good too ensure a great experience. The breakfast, made with fresh local produce, was delicious, and dining on the balcony with panoramic views of the Mediterranean was good.
